About the role
As a Talent Connector, you will be a vital part of this mission, working to place our talented users with employers. You will build and manage a large network of employer partnerships, leveraging your existing connections to establish new ones, and work with them to select suitable candidates and place them in roles in web development, data science, UX/UI, cybersecurity, and other related fields. With a focus on successful placements as the main KPI, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our users and the future of education.
You will work with individuals to get them job-ready and employers to engage our talent pool. You will make sure that job seekers have proper CVs, updated LinkedIn profiles, and are prepared for interviews. You will engage with employers and work with them to agree on commercial terms, select suitable candidates for them, and help them develop a talent pipeline with our users.
Building and managing a large network of employer partnerships to understand their hiring needs and preferences
Leveraging your existing network to identify and establish new employer partnerships
Helping job seekers to improve their CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and job-seeking skills to make them job-ready
Matching job seekers with suitable job roles based on their skills and preferences
Preparing job seekers for interviews and helping them negotiate job offers
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and operations to ensure that job placement initiatives are aligned and drive growth
Tracking and reporting on successful placements, revenue generated, and other relevant metrics
Developing and implementing strategies to increase the number of successful job placements
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve the talent pipeline
Placing junior profiles in roles in web development, data science, UX/UI, cybersecurity, and other related fields.
You have a proven track record of successful job placements and experience in placing junior profiles in roles in web development, data science, UX/UI, cybersecurity, and other related fields.
You have experience in IT recruitment and career coaching
You have a large and solid network of employer partnerships.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can build and manage relationships with employers and job seekers.
Fluent in Spanish and English
You have a good understanding of the education space and the reskilling/upskilling market
You have a bias for action and thrive on ownership of projects.
You have laser focus and strong project management skills.
You build strong personal relationships and understand customers' needs and problems.
You work well with stakeholders across different teams within the company, to employers and recruiters, and to candidates.
